Heidi Powell has proven that her hard work and dedication to her clients rewards her with repeat and referral business. She is a consistent multi- million-dollar producer. Heidi is an optimist who believes that “Pigs do indeed Fly!” Joining the Real Estate profession during the 2008 downturn-- when many agents were fleeing—was a bold and somewhat risky career choice. Having worked in sales, marketing and business development in the construction and architecture fields for many years, the move to real estate was a natural next step. She has been able to utilize her sales and negotiating skills at the table for her clients’ benefit.

Serving primarily the four county area (Northern Allegheny, Butler, Armstrong and Westmoreland) Heidi's clients describe her as a "Go Getter", a true and honest "tell-it-like-it-is" hardworking agent with the marketing talent and people skills to bring about a successful sale or purchase. She has a solid understanding of the foreclosure market and regularly works with investor clients who buy and sell "Flips" and "Income Properties". Investing occasionally herself provides her with perspective from all sides of the transaction. She also has an intimate understanding of river front property values and works with clients looking for waterfront homes. No matter the price range, size or style, Heidi will guide you through the process with expert advice, and an upbeat attitude in this constantly changing market. Heidi has a personal understanding of new construction brought on by the design and building of her home in the small riverfront community of Clinton, Armstrong County where she and her husband Jay, raised their 2 college aged daughters, McClain and Autumn.

Heidi also believes in giving back to her community and is involved in her local PTO, the American Cancer Society, Restore Freeport Park, Freeport Softball, Volleyball, Golf, Football and Band Boosters, and the Allegheny River Development Corp. Heidi has been appointed to the Armstrong County Committee on Blight, the South Buffalo Township Planning Commission, The Steering Committee for the Swartz Memorial Park, and is a charter member of the Freeport Business Network. Heidi also is the founder and President of the Dynamic Community Foundation, a 501(c)3 That supports local families in need. During the first 3 months of the 2020 Covid 19 Pandemic, The organization distributed nearly 25,000 free meals to local families. #HumansOverHouses is not just a tag line-- It is a commitment.
