About Larena
I am an Associate Broker and multi-million dollar producer. I received the "Lifetime Achievement Award" and "Realtor of the Year Award" twice from the GAKA Board of Realtors . I was president of the Board and served as a Director for many years. I have rated as a top producer in Pennsylvania and the Delaware Region. At each closing, I support local charities. I held an office in the Business and Professional Women's Club and the Women's Business Networking Club. I am married to Carl Waugaman, owner of Waugaman and Associates, and I have three daughters, one granddaughter and two grandsons. When I am not working, I love to travel. I have been to Europe four times and visited many countries, including Israel. As an agent who recently built a new home, I understand the needs of home buyers. Most importantly, I love making all of my clients' dreams come true.
